Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leaklet, including the Chrome extension, leaklet.com accounts, related download pages, and documentation (the "Service"), operated by Misconfigs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Misconfigs LLC. Your use of any feature of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. The Service

Leaklet is an AI Affiliate Opportunity Finder & Content Ideas. The Chrome extension, when you choose to scan a YouTube page, reads that page on your device and may send a short text sample, the page title, and the page URL to leaklet.com so Cloudflare Workers AI can rank possible missing opportunities. You can create a leaklet.com account with the email and password you used on Stripe to retrieve your license key (if you have a valid active subscription), or cancel your subscription, or otherwise manage your account. If you have an active Pro subscription, that account may also show scan summaries and analytics.

The Service is a heuristic helper. It does not guarantee correct, complete, or current results. It does not determine that a link is definitely an affiliate, that a merchant relationship exists, that tracking is missing in a way that costs you money, or that a URL is legally or commercially broken. A "likely affiliate" label can also be a promo or discount code with no affiliate program, cookie, or payout. Opportunity priority, revenue potential, and publisher interest ranks are AI hints, not a calculation of commissions or extra income. They are not a guarantee you or a publisher will be interested in a potential opportunity. Page briefs and next steps are also AI review hints. They are not advice.

When you scan a page, including AI Opportunities, Leaklet may send a short text sample, plus the page title and URL, to leaklet.com. On a YouTube watch page, that sample may include captions the page already exposes. Leaklet only scans YouTube watch, Shorts, live, and channel pages. It does not scan Instagram, blogs, or stores. Leaklet does not download the video file. Cloudflare Workers AI ranks possible missing opportunities. Those ranks are informational. They are not proof you lost or will earn money. If the AI request fails, the opportunity list stays empty. If you have Leaklet Pro, the extension may upload scan summaries (page URL and title, topic and program names, and programs you marked Joined). It does not upload page HTML, photos, or video stills. You can delete that copy on leaklet.com. Chrome scans still work without Pro. Cloud history does not.

There are known gaps, including but not limited to paid integrations, paid brand links, sponsorships, native ads, untagged merchant URLs, private affiliate systems, and other commercial relationships that are not visible from the URL. Absence of a likely affiliate label is not evidence that a page has no paid or affiliate relationships.

No professional relationship. Your use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, attorney-client, broker-client, or other professional relationship. We owe you no duty of care beyond what these Terms expressly require. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, tax, investment, security, or compliance advice.

2A. Artificial intelligence

Parts of the Service use third-party machine learning, including Cloudflare Workers AI, to write page briefs, rank possible opportunities, suggest next steps, and produce similar output. AI can make mistakes. It can say things that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate. It can invent products, programs, networks, merchants, or next steps that do not exist. It can omit real ones. It can misunderstand the page, the language, or the context. It can produce output that is biased, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable.

AI output is a review hint only. It is not advice. It is not a guarantee you or a publisher will be interested in a potential opportunity. It is not proof of a commercial relationship, a commission, lost earnings, extra income, or a program you can join. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a business, legal, tax, or financial decision. You must review the page yourself and independently confirm any program, network, or next step.

We do not control the underlying models. We may change the models, AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), software, databases, and other technology we use at any time, with or without notice. Performance of those technologies can change at any time, including accuracy, completeness, speed, availability, and the output they produce. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that AI output will be accurate, complete, current, appropriate, or fit for any purpose. Your use of AI output is at your own risk. Section 6, Section 6A, Section 8, and Section 9 also apply.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws, workplace policies, Chrome Web Store or browser rules, and third-party website terms.

You may not use the Service if prohibited by applicable export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of any sanctioned jurisdiction or restricted party listed under applicable U.S. or international sanctions programs.

4. License and purchase

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Leaklet on browsers you control. The Service is offered with a free plan of two (2) scans in total. Each scan of a YouTube page uses one scan. The first scan after a fresh install uses one scan from your plan. Free lifetime and Pro monthly counts live on leaklet.com and are the source of truth. The extension only shows a copy of that server count. Removing and reinstalling the extension does not reset the server count. AI Affiliate Opportunity Finder & Content Ideas Pro is $49/month and includes one hundred (100) scans per local calendar month on the device where you activate a valid license key. We store the paid monthly count on our servers, keyed to that license. It renews until you cancel. Cancel from Settings in the extension with Manage billing, which opens Stripe for that license, or email support@leaklet.com. Keys from the old $29 one-time unlock stay valid. After you pay, we send the license key from licenses@leaklet.com. If you start checkout from the Chrome extension, that install can unlock on its own. Replies and support go to support@leaklet.com, the contact email for Misconfigs LLC, which owns Leaklet. We do not guarantee future updates. We may change the Pro price, scan limits, or other fees at any time. A new price applies to later renewals, not the month you already paid, unless law requires otherwise. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before the next renewal. We may stop offering Pro, free scans, or the Service at any time.

Checkout is processed by Stripe. After you subscribe, we send the license key by email using Resend from a Cloudflare Worker we operate. Stripe, Resend, and Cloudflare are third-party processors for payment and email delivery. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We can access payment and email records associated with your purchase, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not receive your full card number.

Except as required by law, paid months are non-refundable once you have received a license key or unlocked the Service. Cancel to stop the next renewal. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or provide the Service as a commercial product without our written permission.

4A. Leaklet accounts

You can create a leaklet.com account with the email and password you used on Stripe to retrieve your license key (if you have a valid active subscription), or cancel your subscription, or otherwise manage your account. Sign in at leaklet.com/login. Email support@leaklet.com if you cannot sign in.

5. Acceptable use

Leaklet is only for content you posted or that you own. Scan your own YouTube videos, Shorts, live streams, and channel pages. Do not scan anyone else's content. It is not for bulk research on strangers' videos or for building a scrape of third-party YouTube feeds.

6. Scan results and disclaimer

SCAN OUTPUT IS INFORMATIONAL ONLY. IT IS NOT A DETERMINATION THAT A URL IS AN AFFILIATE LINK, THAT A PAGE IS MONETIZED, THAT A LINK IS BROKEN IN A WAY THAT HARMS YOU, OR THAT YOU SHOULD TAKE ANY BUSINESS, LEGAL, OR FINANCIAL ACTION.

Ranked names, store-style URLs, and program chips are review hints. Those signals can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or spoofed. A store or referral URL on a topic card is not proof a program exists or that you will earn money.

Known gaps include, without limitation, paid integrations and paid brand links that use ordinary product URLs with no affiliate query string (for example a homepage or campaign path used in a sponsorship). Leaklet may also miss cloaks, shorteners, and networks it does not recognize.

Opportunity priority, revenue potential, and publisher interest labels are AI review hints. AI can make mistakes. See Section 2A. They are not a calculation of commissions, a guarantee of extra income, or proof that you lost or received money, or a guarantee you or a publisher will be interested in a potential opportunity.

Marketing and on-site copy may say Leaklet helps catch revenue leaks or lost earnings. That language describes what the product helps you look for, such as product mentions that may not be tagged. It is not a calculation of commissions, a guarantee of extra income, or proof that you lost or received money.

You are solely responsible for evaluating results and for any decision you make, including contacting a publisher, changing a contract, or asserting a claim. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for actions, omissions, losses, or damages based on scan output or your reliance on it. See Section 9.

6A. Assumption of risk and release

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH RELYING ON SCAN OUTPUT, LABELS, EXPORTS, OR THIRD-PARTY SITES REACHED DURING VALIDATION.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Misconfigs LLC and its personnel from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising from or related to your access to or use of the Service, your reliance on scan output, or decisions you make based on them. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code § 1542 to the extent permitted by law with respect to such released claims.

7. Third-party sites

Ranked results may name third-party sites, ads, affiliate programs, or merchants. Those destinations are not controlled by us. Their terms, privacy practices, and responses apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites, ads, affiliate programs, or merchants referenced in scan results.

Chrome, Google, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, and any host that serves this download page are third-party platforms governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT SCAN OUTPUT WILL BE COMPLETE, RELIABLE, ACCURATE, CURRENT, OR FIT FOR YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING IT AND, IF APPLICABLE, UNINSTALL THE EXTENSION.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MISCONFIGS LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR CLAIMED AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY SCAN OUTPUT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Time limit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim accrued; otherwise, it is permanently barred.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Misconfigs LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, settlements, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your reliance on scan output; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of applicable law; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights, including website terms of a page you scan.

We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense. You may not settle any claim that imposes obligations on Misconfigs LLC without our prior written consent.

11. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, trademarks, branding, and documentation. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its code as your own product without permission.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, including for violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, a legal requirement, to protect the Service or third parties, or because we choose to stop offering the Service or a plan. If we stop offering Pro, access continues through the paid period you already paid unless law requires otherwise.

Sections relating to disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, privacy obligations, and dispute resolution survive termination, along with any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

13. Changes

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We may change the models, AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), software, databases, and other technology we use at any time. Performance of those technologies can change at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform when caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, labor disputes, power or internet failures, government actions, or failures of Chrome, Google, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, hosting, or network providers.

15. Dispute resolution and governing law

International users. If you reside outside the United States, these Terms are intended to be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights or protections you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration under this section, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and the federal courts for the Northern District of California.

Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@leaklet.com and allow at least thirty (30) days for us to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding arbitration. Except as set out below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, not in court. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the rules applicable to the dispute, including the Consumer Arbitration Rules where applicable. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section.

The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco County, California, unless the parties agree otherwise. If conducted remotely, the arbitration shall be deemed seated in San Francisco County, California.

Individual claims only; class action waiver. You and Misconfigs LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual action in small claims court in San Francisco County, California if the claim qualifies, or (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Service.

Jury trial waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY CLAIM THAT PROCEEDS IN COURT.

16. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact support@leaklet.com with enough detail to identify the material and your rights. We may remove or disable access to material we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights.

17. General provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Misconfigs LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior understandings on that subject.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

Electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by posting on the Service. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

Feedback. If you submit feedback or ideas about the Service, you grant Misconfigs LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate them without restriction or compensation to you.

No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms are for the benefit of you and Misconfigs LLC only.
